Prescriptions
Every script is checked by the pharmacist before it leaves the counter, and we explain how to take it.
New prescriptions
Bring a script from any doctor, including the GP in our centre. We fill it, label it clearly and explain it.
Repeat scripts
WhatsApp us when your repeat is due. We get it ready to collect, or deliver it for free.
Chronic medication
Ask at the counter to set up your monthly chronic order, so it is waiting for you each month.
Medical aid claims
We process claims at the counter. Bring your medical aid card, and ask us whether your plan covers your medicine.
Advice at the counter
No appointment needed. Walk in any day between 08:00 and 20:00 and ask.
Ask for Johnson, our qualified pharmacist, on the counter every day.
Everyday ailments
Coughs, colds, flu, allergies, headaches, pain and stomach upsets. We recommend what will help and tell you when to see a doctor.
How to take your medicine
When to take it, with or without food, what to do if you miss a dose, and which side effects to watch for.
Checking combinations
Taking more than one medicine, or adding something over the counter or herbal? We check that they are safe together.

No. Delivery is free. We agree the delivery time with you when we confirm your order.
Yes. We process claims at the counter. Bring your medical aid card, or add your scheme and plan to your WhatsApp order and we'll check your cover before we deliver.
Yes, send the photo so we can get your order ready. For prescription medicine we still need the original script, so hand it to the driver or bring it when you collect.
