Sky Blue Pharmacy respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Who we are

What we collect

Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
WhatsApp orders: the order form on our Services page only builds a message on your device. Nothing is stored by this website. When you send the message, it goes to us through WhatsApp.
Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Please don't send detailed medical information through the website. Discuss it with the pharmacist in person or by phone.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or order, and to provide the service you asked for. We don't use them for marketing and we don't sell or share them, except with the service providers below or where the law requires it.

Service providers

Vercel hosts this website.
WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us on WhatsApp.
Email delivery: enquiries may be delivered to us by email through a third-party email service.
Google provides the map on our Contact page and the fonts on this site. Loading them shares your IP address with Google.

Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy for details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your request, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on 012 751 7441, in person at the pharmacy, or through the enquiry form.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
